Privately Funded Scholarships

The Alpha Tau Alpha, a national professional fraternity for students majoring in agricultural education, established this scholarship to aid its qualified members during their student teaching semester. The Jonesboro Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution established the scholarship in 1996, in memory of the late Edward L. Scholarship was established by family and friends in memory of Ella Lea Wells Fairley. Cathy Eoff established this scholarship for students majoring in he College of Education. Scholarships

Open to: This scholarship is open to incoming first year graduate students in the Master of Music in choral conducting. UW Law School Scholarship Donors

This scholarship was created to provide scholarship support to students pursuing a law degree with the intent of improving environmental policies and laws at a local, national, or international level. This scholarship supports students from Columbia County, Wisconsin. Walsh Scholarship was established by the family and friends of John. The scholarship celebrates Mr. Walsh’s service to the legal profession, and to the athletic program at the University of Wisconsin, where he served as boxing coach from 19 to 1958, leading the Wisconsin boxing team to eight team championships. The scholarship is awarded to deserving students with financial need. The George and Lillian Young Scholarship was established by friends and family of the Youngs. The scholarship is awarded to worthy law students with financial need.

Endowed Scholarships

The John Ingram Associates Scholarship was established by John R. Through the success of investments made by the students over the years, the fund grew to a level that could support the creation of an endowed scholarship in Mr. Max Adler name. The scholarship is dedicated to Satguru Mata Sawinder Hardev Ji of the Universal Brotherhood-Nirankari Mission. Weinberg Memorial Scholarship was established in 1995 by the Richard S. The Tse-Liang Soong Scholarship Fund was established in 1994 by Mrs. Lazenby Honor Scholarship was established as an annually funded scholarship in 1995 by Fred 'Ted' W. Education Scholarships

COTTINGHAM ROSS GRADUATE EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded to a student making progress toward a Master of Education Degree within the College of Education and Psychology. TINA HOPE DAVIS SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded to junior, senior, or graduate level students. LAMB SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded to a graduate level student with a declared major of Special Education. JACK PASCHALL GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded to a graduate Education student at the discretion of the department. This scholarship was established in the last will and testament of Pansy Cradduck Bates. JAMES AND EDITH THOMPSON SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded to a student majoring in Elementary Education.

Annual Scholarships + Awards

Students must be pursuing a degree in the field of STEM Recipients of this scholarship must be full-time, students with a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0. Robbin Mele Scholarship Created by Robbin Mele, a SUNY Poly Board of Trustees honorary member, the recipient must be full time matriculated students with a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0. Scholarship and financial assistance awards made from the Dr. Brij Mullick Endowed Scholarship Fund shall be made to deserving full-time first-year student with preference given to a first-year student majoring in Psychology.

Available Scholarship Opportunities

Awarded scholarships will be in the amount of $250 per semester for one year only. To maintain the scholarship for the second semester, the students must be full-time and must maintain a minimum 2.50 GPA. The Blue Star Mothers of Louisiana Chapter 1 will be awarding the Camille Alyse Begnaud Military Scholarship. The scholarship for educational advancement is awarded annually to retired, honorably discharged, active duty, or a member of the National Guard or Reserve. The scholarship is to provide financial assistance for service members, or veterans to aide in completing their educational goals without incurring excessive student loan debt. Scholarship recipients must enroll at least full-time during the 2021-2022 academic year in a program that leads to a college degree or certificate a a LASFAA member institution.

Accounting Scholarships

All Accounting scholarship recipients are selected by the department, with final approval by the ECU Foundation Scholarship Committee. ADA COCA-COLA BUSINESS SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded at the discretion of the department and was established by the Crabtree Family of Ada. CARL BARDIN ACCOUNTING SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded to an Accounting major at the discretion of the department. BKD ACCOUNTING EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP The purpose of this scholarship is to provide scholarships to Accounting students and any other programs as designated by BKD, LLP. BRILES SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded based on need and requires a minimum 2.5 GPA. Originally established as part of the Federal Student Loan Program, this scholarship was transferred to the ECU Foundation in 1995.

Outside Scholarship Announcements

Additional information this scholarship can be found at: Golden Leaf Scholarship. The Foundation offers scholarships with general eligibility criteria, as well as scholarships with specific criteria, such as those for students attending specific high schools or colleges or those pursuing certain fields of study. There are two different scholarship application processes: many scholarship applications are made through the Foundation’s Common Applicationprocess, while other scholarships utilize their own application process. The RSM US Foundation will award five students with a $10,000 scholarship per academic year for up to three years, for a total of up to $30,000 per scholarship. Rosenbaum and Associates Law Firm is offering a $3,000 scholarship to the child of a firefighter enrolling in college or graduate school in 2016-17.

In order to ensure that applicant receive maximum scholarship consideration, review the university scholarship information carefully and pay attention to all deadlines. The university scholarships include both need-based and merit-based awards, and applicant’ll apply for both through Scholarship Central. Davey Tree Arbor Grant Scholarships — Supports students enrolled in a program that focuses on forestry, urban forestry, arboriculture, or another green industry field. Garden Club of America Scholarships — Supports students in a variety of study areas related to natural resources and the environment. Virginia Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts Student Scholarships — Provides to students majoring in or showing a strong desire to major in natural resources conservation and or environmental studies.
