Scholarships

The majority of scholarships are awarded between December and February of each admission cycle or until the scholarship funds are exhausted. To ensure the award of the Scholarship, recipients must accept their scholarship award and pay the two $500 seat deposits by the required dates. Scholarships

Garden State Bar Association Summer Associate Diversity Scholarship Eligibility criteri 1L students of underrepresented backgrounds with a demonstrated connection to and or intent to practice in the tri-state area. Finnegan Diversity Scholarship Program Eligibility criteri 1L students of diverse backgrounds with a degree in life sciences chemistry, engineering, or computer science, or with substantial prior trademark experience. Candidates must demonstrate interest in the firm’s practice and be interested in working in Ropes Gray summer associate program. Winston Strawn Diversity Scholarship Program Eligibility criteri 2L students of diverse backgrounds. Irella Manella Diversity Scholarship Award Eligibility criteri 2L students from under-represented groups in the legal profession.

Political Science Program

Bennett Scholarship is awarded to a junior, senior, or graduate student at the University of Wyoming majoring in Political Science This $1,000 scholarship is available to incoming freshman and transfer students majoring in Political Science at the University of Wyoming. Simpson to foster the study of political science, the department is able to offer several awards and scholarships for and graduate students to further, foster, and advance education and learning in the field of political science at the University of Wyoming. The scholarship is in the amount of resident tuition for two semesters One $500 award will be given for the most Outstanding Graduate Paper written for a 5000-level Political Science course during the previous calendar year , as selected by the Simpson Scholarship Committee.

Global Health Affairs

The Updike Scholarship provides up to $10,000 in annual scholarship support to students enrolled in a graduate degree program and the global health affairs certificate program. This scholarship is awarded to support Independent Summer Research and Summer Internships for Global Health Affairs students. The scholarship is competitive and will be awarded based on the scholarly merit and feasibility of the proposed project or program. There are two categories of summer scholarships. The independent summer research scholarship is designed to support travel and or research costs for student research on a topic relevant to global health. The summer internship scholarship supports living and travel expenses for students working on a registered internship project that is germane to health.

Scholarships

Academic Year Scholarships AwardsEligible students must for academic year scholarships through MyUW. Applicants should demonstrate high scholarship or potential for high scholarship as well as financial need. It is open to graduate or students. Scholarships cannot be larger than percent of non-resident tuition. Two women in dance are awarded this scholarship each year. One scholarship for an or graduate student in Dance from the state of California, South Dakota or Washington Three awards are given to dance majors interested in teaching toward Dance Department-approved summer study in dance. Full-tuition scholarships are given to dance majors to study in the summer study program at the Dance Education Lab in New York.

Business Administration Scholarships

All Business Administration scholarship recipients are selected by the department, with final approval by the ECU Foundation Scholarship Committee. ADA COCA-COLA BUSINESS SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded at the discretion of the department, and was established by the Crabtree family of Ada. BRILES SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded based on need and a minimum 2.5 GPA. CITIZENS BANK OF ADA BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded at the discretion of the Business Administration Department. HENRY GREER CLARK BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded at the discretion of the Business Administration Department. JAMES DRODDY FRESHMAN SCHOLAR SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded a student accepted into the Freshman Scholars Program each fall.

Graduate Scholarships

These are competitive scholarships and awards available to math graduate students currently enrolled at KU. The amount of the scholarship depends on available funds and the number of awards made. This scholarship is awarded so that advanced graduate students can concentrate on research and or prepare for their preliminary or oral comprehensive exam. The scholarship is awarded on the first day of the summer session. This award is presented to a math graduate student near completion of their Ph.D. degree. This award is presented to outstanding mathematics graduate students in numerical analysis. This scholarship is available for math graduate students and is based on academic merit and or need. This award is made to a graduate teaching assistant in the Mathematics Department.

Anthropology Scholarships

The Nelson Endowment is awarded to support graduate student research expenses. The Fellowship is awarded yearly to support a graduate student enrolled in the Anthropology in the Division of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences The Brown Endowment is given yearly to outstanding graduate students to pay for research related expenses. Summer Internship Grant provides funding to AHSS students enrolled in for-credit internships in the summer.
