The Graduate Student Senate Domestic Travel Award supports research and the professional development of Kent State University graduate students. The Graduate Student Senate Research Award is a competitive award that supports research or project-related expenses for Kent State University graduate students.
Grant aid that is offered is automatically accepted for applicant. To be considered for a President Affordability Grant, students are encouraged to file a FAFSA by the priority date each year. To be considered for a Scarlet and Gray Grant, students must file a FAFSA by the priority date each year. Eligibility is determined by financial need, academics, leadership, diversity, county of residence, potential first-generation college graduate, and other factors. To be considered for FFP, students must file a FAFSA by the priority date each year. To be considered for a Buckeye Affordability Grant, students must file a FAFSA by the priority date each year.
Must demonstrate financial need by submitting a FAFSA. Students must be the students.S. citizens or permanent residents entering their first year of graduate study.

One student will be selected to receive the $2,500 scholarship that will be awarded annually in increments of $1,250 per term

Application for Summer Financial Assistance
The university must have a completed spring application and a completed verified FAFSA by this date in order to ensure applicant have aid before summer classes begin. Graduate students must be enrolled in at least three hours to be eligible to receive federal financial assistance.
Diversity, Excellence and Inclusion Scholarship
The Diversity, Excellence and Inclusion Scholarship is designed to enable the students.S. citizens and permanent residents from historically underrepresented backgrounds — including first generation college graduates — to benefit from a world-class Brandeis education. At GSAS, the Brandeis University is committed to supporting students as they navigate the challenging and exciting world of graduate study. Candidates will also need to complete the FAFSA.
