UT College of Liberal Arts

Named Continuing Fellowship awards are intended to support students who are currently enrolled in a graduate program at The University of Texas at Austin This program is the most prestigious fellowship program for Liberal Arts students at UT Austin. College of Liberal Arts Thematic Fellowships Departments in the College of Liberal Arts may nominate their top four PhD applicants working on an approved thematic field for the College of Liberal Arts Thematic Fellowship. Awarded by the College of Liberal Arts Amount: $1,000-4,000 For Liberal Arts graduate students with demonstrated scholarship in the fields of political or economic development. The Center for East Asian Studies invites applications from graduate students from throughout the university, but priority will be given to students in the College of Liberal Arts.

Scholarships Purdue College of Liberal Arts

This scholarship supports the College of Liberal Arts’ commitment to enhancing a welcoming and inclusive learning environment and the belief that diversity of identity and experiential background is essential to educating students to serve the global, pluralistic societies of the 21st century. Georgetown SCS

The three LaFarge Scholarships provide each recipient with a 50 percent reduction in tuition costs for the duration of the student’s time as a degree-seeking student in the Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies program, as long as the student maintains a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 in Georgetown courses. The Osher Reentry Scholarship awards up to $5,000 per student per academic year and is dedicated to both newly admitted and current students in the Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies program. The Crankstart Foundation Re-entry Scholarship awards up to $5,000 per student per academic year and is dedicated to both newly admitted and current students in the Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies program.

Scholarships and Awards Virginia Tech

All first-time students in the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences will be considered for the Virginia Tech Scholars Scholarship program.No application is necessary. Students who are accepted to the Honors College will be considered for the Calhoun Liberal Arts Scholarships. College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences and Departments Transfer Scholarships.

Financial Aid for M.A. and Ph.D. Graduate Students Roger Thayer Stone Center For Latin

Joint LAST Art History Ph.D. students in good standing who already possess an MA degree may receive no than four continuous years or eight continuous semesters of funding. Joint LAST Art History Ph.D. students who are admitted directly to the program with only a Bachelor’s degree and no transferable graduate credit hours may receive no than five continuous years or ten continuous semesters of funding.

Innovate Purdue College of Liberal Arts

Several majors across the College of Liberal Arts are under-enrolled, meaning there are not enough majors to sustain enrollments in major-specific courses. There are many lecture-format courses in the College of Liberal Arts that are consistently unable to meet required enrollments. Strong proposals would include substantial data and research from aspirational peers who have solved these problems using unique and inventive solutions or new and innovative ways to address problems that would be piloted within the College of Liberal Arts at Purdue.

Scholarships College of Liberal Arts and Sciences

Every fall, the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences awards approximately fifteen, one-semester dissertation fellowships to deserving graduate students whose projects are judged by the selection committee to be highly meritorious. A substantial monetary award will be made to a humanities or social sciences graduate student who has completed at least one semester of graduate work in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

A merit-based scholarship for a student who is enrolled in the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences. The College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences awards scholarships each semester for students participating in education abroad.

Scholarships for Prospective Vermont Resident Students

Morrill Scholars are awarded a four-year $2,000 annually for four years Recipients are selected based upon review of the admission application and are awarded a merit-based scholarship of $3,000 annually for four years The College of Arts and Sciences Liberal Arts Scholarship will be awarded in addition to the Vermont Scholars, or the Green and Gold Scholars award.
