The SuperCollege Scholarship is our way to give back to help you make college affordable. It's open to all students -high school, college, grad, or adult who are currently in college or plan to start. You can use the scholarship to pay for tuition, books, computers, room, and board, or any education-related expense. To apply, complete the online application form. All winners will be selected based on the completeness of the application. Incomplete entries are automatically disqualified.

Finlandia Foundation National Student Scholarships Program

The scholarship tradition continues. Full-time undergraduate and graduate students of all academic disciplines who are currently enrolled in accredited post-secondary schools in the United States and Finland are eligible for FFN scholarships.

Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago Academic Scholarship

The Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago Academic Scholarship administer educational scholarship funds from the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago to help Jewish college and graduate students offset some of their financial burdens. Assistance is available for those with financial needs who are pursuing careers in the helping professions. Scholarships range up to $8,000, and are renewable.

ANS scholarships

The American Nuclear Society (ANS) student members are the future of the society and ANS believes in rewarding those members for their academic, service, and leadership excellence. ANS scholarships are awarded to applicants that have personified the high standards set by the Society and since 1979, over $5 million in scholarships have been distributed.

Scholarships are awarded to incoming freshmen, undergraduates, and graduate students, and are distributed at the beginning of each school year. Evaluation is based upon numerous factors, such as, academic excellence, leadership within the ANS, references, career goals, and financial need.

Eligibility: Must be a junior, senior or graduate student enrolled full time in a college. College sopho s may apply for their junior year. Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25. Must be planning a career in agriculture education, horticulture, floriculture, environmental concerns, wildlife science, habitat of forest systems ecology, land management or other related allied subjects.

Award: $2,000 scholarship. Delaware winner eligible for National Garden Club scholarship of $4,000.

Greater Toledo Community Foundation Scholarship

GTCF manages the competitive process of more than 60 scholarship opportunities which includes everything from the creation of applications to making the scholarship payments. This past year we launched a new Scholarship Portal which includes a universal application that allows students to apply to over 40 scholarship opportunities by completing a single application. The universal application not only decreases the redundancy of completing multiple applications but also matches applicants to opportunities they may be eligible for.

No more searching and reading through endless criteria. It is important to note that all scholarship opportunities included in the universal application have a deadline of February 11, 2021. Other scholarships offered through GTCF are administered at the school level so be sure to check with your high school guidance counselor or college advisor to find information about additional opportunities available to you.

Caroline Thorn Kissel Summer Environmental Studies Scholarship

Provides $3000 in financial assistance to one scholar annually for a summer environmental study selected by the applicant.

WAEPA Scholarship Program

The WAEPA Scholarship Program has awarded over $2 million dollars till now in scholarships. This scholarship program is administered by Scholarship Management Services, a division of Scholarship America.

The scholarships are available for full-time study at accredited institutions, which can include four-year colleges and 2-year vocational schools.

  • 70 scholarships of $2,500 will be granted to students attending four-year colleges or universities.
  • 10 scholarships of $1,250 will be granted to students attending two-year colleges or vocational-technical schools.
  • Scholarship Management Services is the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship and tuition reimbursement programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or national origin.

    Note that WAEPA Members and Associate Members are not eligible to apply.

    AAUW San Antonio Branch Graduate Scholarship

    The AAUW San Antonio Branch offers scholarships to assist women to complete a graduate degree. The scholarships are usually $2,000 each to one or more applicants.

    John D. Grubb and Louise G. Sumner Fund for Monroe County Scholarship

    Originally established in 1999 by John Grubb and Louise Sumner to provide scholarships to Hiwassee students and Hiwassee graduates going on to a 4-year college or university. The scholarship has been expanded to include any Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) accredited public or private, non-profit college or university in Tennessee.

    The Richard G. Snyder Family Scholarship

    The Richard G. Snyder Family Scholarship for the Fields of Agriculture and the Fields of the Earth and Mineral Sciences was established to provide funds for scholarships for students majoring in the fields of agriculture or the fields of the earth and mineral sciences. Preference will be given to residents of Armstrong, Butler, Clarion, Indiana, and Lawrence Counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

    ALA Christopher J. Hoy-ERT Scholarship

    ALA has general scholarships that are open to all applicants who have applied for admission to a formal program of library and information studies leading to a master's degree. ALA also has scholarships for people from underrepresented groups, library support staff, and scholarships for specialty or practice area. All ALA Scholarships can be applied for through the ALA Scholarship Program.

    This general scholarship of $5,000 was named for a long time ALA staff member who was Director of ALA Conference Services for over 20 years. This scholarship was established with donations from Christopher J. Hoy and the Exhibits Round Table (ERT) to honor his memory.

    Marion Barr Stanfield Art Scholarship

    The Marion Barr Stanfield Art Scholarship is for either graduate or undergraduate Unitarian Universalist students preparing for a career in fine arts. The terms of the trust limit eligibility to those in the study of painting, drawing, photography, and/or sculpture. Performing arts majors are not eligible.

    Honeywell Scholarship

    US Citizenship and SWE Collegiate Membership required. Preference given to under-represented groups and/or those who demonstrate financial need. Geographic location based on both home and collegiate addresses and must be in the US. Minimum GPA: 3.5.

    Andrew York Memorial Scholarship

    The Andrew York Memorial Scholarship was established by Chelan County PUD employees to honor the memory of a co-worker, Andrew York, who was killed in a tragic accident. This scholarship is dedicated to increasing opportunities for public education and awareness about the tragedies caused by impaired driving and the dangers of not wearing seat belts. The committee seeks to honor graduating seniors in Washington State who are active in the community by providing awareness to prevent impaired or distracted driving caused by influences such as drug, alcohol, and marijuana use or texting while driving. Preference is given to students who are active members of IBEW Local 77 (child or grandchild) and are eligible regardless of financial need.

    Chelan County Cattlemen’s Scholarship

    The Chelan County Cattlemen’s Association raised funds and created this scholarship to help students pursuing an education in the field of agriculture. While the organization no longer exists, the scholarship continues to support graduating seniors from Chelan County or students currently enrolled in college who graduated from a Chelan County high school. The committee seeks to award students who enroll and major in agriculture, home economics, family studies, or related fields, such as veterinary medicine.

    Tom and Roberta Drewes Scholarship

    The Tom and Roberta Drewes Scholarship is an annual scholarship consisting of $3,000 to a library support staff member who is a U.S./Canadian citizen or permanent resident and is pursuing an MLS in an ALA-accredited program.

    Pete Wilson Journalism Scholarship

    The Pete Wilson Journalism Scholarship was established in 2007 to honor the late Pete Wilson, a San Francisco television and radio journalist. The scholarship is granted to a graduate journalism student from the San Francisco Bay area or attending a college or university in the Bay Area who shares Wilson's commitment to ethical, responsible journalism. The Pete Wilson Scholarship is open to both undergraduates and graduate applicants.

    University of Oregon General University Scholarship Program

    General University Scholarships are awarded on the basis of scholastic achievement, and selection is highly competitive. They are made possible by the generous contributions of many individuals to the University of Oregon.

    Awards vary between $1000 $3000. This scholarship is awarded for one year only.
