The National Science Foundation Scholarships in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics program addresses the need for a high quality STEM workforce in STEM disciplines supported by the program and for the increased success of low-income academically talented students with demonstrated financial need who are pursuing associate, baccalaureate, or graduate degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics The program facilitates the co-review and co-funding of collaborative research projects by the NSF�s Division of the Mathematical Sciences by: providing leverage for investments of non-DMS programs that include mathematical scientists and providing a mechanism to request DMS co-review in interdisciplinary research teams.

Provides several fellowships for women pursuing doctoral degrees in science fields such as behavioral science, life science, physical science, social science or engineering. Fellowships and internship opportunities in science fields such as astronomy, chemistry, computer science, geology, materials science, mathematical sciences, physics and related engineering fields: chemical, computer, electrical, environmental, mechanical. Funding for students pursuing doctoral degrees in fields of study that use high performance computing to solve complex science and engineering problems. Provides stipend, tuition, and fees for students majoring in land security related science, technology, engineering and mathematics disciplines with an interest, major or concentration directly related to one of the land security research areas.

Financial Aid Scholarships

Recipient must be a full-time or graduate student in good standing majoring in family and consumer sciences with teacher certification or be a current family and consumer science teacher pursuing a master degree in family and consumer sciences have satisfactorily completed a minimum of 60 hours in the semester the scholarship is to be disbursed. POLITICAL SCIENCE SCHOLARSHIP: Awards are made to able men and women of good character who are majoring or minoring in Political Science completed .2 hours of course work in Political Science , 3.0 overall GPA, 3.3 GPA in Political Science.

Computer Science

This scholarship is awarded to students that are enrolled at NDSU at the time of disbursement, identified as a student with a major in computer science, and completed at least 24 hours of required computer science courses at NDSU. The Koenig-Dunner Endowed Scholarship is available to juniors majoring in Construction Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Crop and Weed Sciences, Finance or Agricultural Economics. This scholarship is awarded to students enrolled at NDSU at the time of application and disbursement, have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and have a declared Computer Science major. The recipient shall be a full-time graduate student enrolled in the Computer Science program in the College of Science and Mathematics.

Scholarships

Award available to a senior student majoring in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science. Award available to a full-time engineering or computer science graduate student who has a minimum 3.6 GPA and has demonstrated evidence of research activity during their graduate program at FAU. The scholarship will be presented to a graduate student in the FAU College of Engineering and Computer Science who is pursuing an advanced degree in ocean engineering, electrical engineering or computer science and has an interest in underwater acoustic technology with the intent of having a career in this field.
