LOWELL GREEN HUMAN RESOURCES SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded to a junior or senior student who has maintained a minimum 3.0 GPA, and who has a major in human resources, preferably in the rehabilitation counseling area. HIGGINBOTHAM FAMILY HUMAN RESOURCES SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship will be awarded to students majoring in any of the programs and or concentrations in the Human Resources Department, and includes students attending at any outreach sites. THOMAS SCHOLARSHIP IN HUMAN RESOURCES This scholarship will be awarded to a qualified MSHR graduate student who has completed at least 12 hours at ECU in the MSHR program with a cumulative GPA or 3.5, with preference to applicants from the Administration options.

The Graduate School of Education and Human Development - Funding Your Graduate Education
Merit is determined based on a holistic application review. New students must have submitted and fully completed their application for admission in order to be considered for funding. George Washington University employees receiving employee tuition benefits are ineligible for merit scholarships. Awardees must not have outstanding financial obligations to the University. Awardees must be registered for the minimum required number of on-campus credit hours per semester as outlined in the scholarship award letter they receive. Admitted students who are eligible for scholarships will receive a $6,000 grant toward their first year of study. New funding has become available for incoming Summer and Fall 2022 online students. A limited number of MSI Scholarships provide a tuition discount of 20%.
Financial Aid Scholarships — College of Education and Human Development
Once selected, a student may continue to receive the scholarship until graduation if the student is making satisfactory progress towards a degree in the Counseling and Human Development. The College of Education and Human Development are tuition specific and if their tuition is paid in full by another source, applicant are ineligible to receive the award. All scholarships offered through the College of Education and Human Development are for CEHD students, and the scholarships may be applied to tuition only.
