The Alfa Fellowship Program is a distinguished international initiative that each year offers up to eighteen accomplished young Americans, Britons, and Germans the opportunity to complete a high-level professional development program in Russia. These nationally recognized public-policy fellowships offer unique experiences in policy-making and development in each branch of government. Rangel supports fellows through two years of graduate study, internships, mentoring, and professional-development activities. Cultural Vistas will select up to twelve fellows to take part in this multinational professional development program that includes eight-week summer internships in Argentina, Germany, and Hong Kong. The university outstanding range of sports scholarships are awarded annually and are targeted to support high-level NCAA or international athletes.

Scholarships

These awards are available both through the Economics and through the affiliated Mercatus Center. Students who are working on a PhD or MA in any area of psychology are eligible to apply for funding to cover expense including, but not limited to, development and preparation of materials, purchase of tests and software, training, and travel necessary to conduct their research. The James Buchanan Fellowship is an opportunity available to incoming full-time, on-campus students who are pursuing their MA in economics and who are interested in a career in public policy.
